ImageMetry is an R&D company founded by a group of PhD researchers in 2008. ImageMetry specialises in image processing and applied mathematics. The company and its subsidiary are located in Prague, Czech Republic and in Sunnyvale, CA, respectively. Due to its outstanding success, level of technology innovation, and its positive impact on market, IME has been awarded by the City of New York in 2011 as well as by the Czech Government in the most prestigious scientific award of the Czech Republic (Czech Head 2011) referred to as the “national Nobel Prize” (in the category called “Industrie”).
The members of the R&D team have been successfully involved in many R&D projects and results of their theoretical results and practical applications have been published in prestigious international journals and conferences and awarded by leading research organizations. The company continuously hold training events for forensic and security forces and insurance claims processing teams in Europe and USA. Moreover, IME is a member of a currently running project called “A General Toolkit for GPUtilisation in SME Applications” funded by the European Union’s Seventh Framework Programme managed by REA-Research Executive Agency.
